If you’re going to wear heels and will be doing pics at the bear statue, the walk from Royce to the bear is pretty long so you might want to bring a change of shoes for the walk.

Have your sash and gown hung up a few days before our photoshoot, the wrinkles are very noticeable in the photos if you just got it or haven’t opened the package. Even though most people don’t like to put the gown on, you should at least get one photo with it fully on with cap and your regalia.

Bruin Bear WILL be extremely busy late April until commencement and will have a long line. If you want pics with the bear, I highly suggest you book at minimum the 1.5 hour package as you will need the extra time.

Let me know if you’re planning on doing that, it may be difficult for some people, I can bring a small 2 step ladder which can help if you think you might have difficulty.

Bear is made of metal and can get really hot mid day especially in late April and early June. The hot metal an be an issue for women wearing dresses because the hot metal will burn your legs.
